    If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


    1. Eligibility for Returns

    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

    Please note:
    We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, are missing packaging, or were purchased on final sale.


    2. How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact our support team at driftflops@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A photo or video of the issue (if applicable)

    • A short description of the reason for return

    Our team will guide you through the process and provide return shipping instructions.


    3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    • DriftFlops is not responsible for items lost in return transit.


    4. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • You’ll receive an email notification that we’ve received your item.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


    5. Exchanges

    If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

    6. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
